About the Instructor
By applying the very leadership principles he teaches in his own life, Mike began his career as an Elementary School teacher at the age of 19, and later became a Principal at the age of 25. His academic credentials include a bachelor's degree in Elementary Education in Interdisciplinary Studies and a Master's degree in Executive Leadership.
As an entrepreneur, Mike, alongside his wife owns and operates several businesses, including LewLegacy LLC, and The Lacquer Studio, an upscale beauty salon in Katy, TX. He is also the founder of Kusudi International, a personal growth & development consulting firm that specializes in teaching leadership principles to help individuals and small companies cultivate and maximize their true potential. Mike has written several books and manuals including The Lion’s Den, The Men’s Mental Health Legacy Journal, and Cultivating Potential within Purpose.
